1. Getting Started
If you are new to eXp New Homes, start with the onboarding materials and resources provided at enrollment. These materials explain how to access platforms, complete required steps, and begin using program benefits.
If you need help with account access, login issues, or navigating dashboards and tools, contact our support team using the channel indicated in your welcome materials or member portal.
2. Membership & Billing Support
For questions about membership levels, enrollment fees, renewals, invoices, or payment methods, include your name, market or region, membership type, and a brief description of your request when you contact support.
If you believe there is a billing error, please reach out within seven (7) days of the charge date so we can review and assist promptly.
3. Marketing Studio Assistance
For support with branding, advertising, creative assets, or Marketing Studio services, describe your project scope, timeline, and any builder or community details so our team can route your request appropriately.
4. Listing Syndication Support
For questions about listing distribution, syndication settings, or upgrades, include the listing identifier, project or community name, and a summary of what you need. This helps us resolve syndication issues faster.
5. Certification & Training Support
For registration, access, or completion questions related to certification courses, training modules, or required program education, include the course or program name and the email address associated with your account.
For live or scheduled events, include the event name and date in your message so we can match your request to the correct session.
6. Marketing Communications
By participating in the program, you may receive operational and promotional communications about eXp New Homes. You can manage preferences or unsubscribe from marketing messages using the links in those emails. For privacy-related requests, you may contact privacy@expworldholdings.com.
7. Compliance & Legal Inquiries
For MLS compliance, licensing, or legal documentation questions, include your state of licensure, brokerage affiliation, and a clear description of your concern. We may direct certain matters to the appropriate compliance or legal channel.
