Once enrolled, members receive access to the Project Sales Management Platform, Marketing Studio resources, listing syndication options, and community support tools integrated within your dashboard.

Membership & Billing Support

For questions regarding membership tiers, billing cycles, subscription payments, renewals, or upgrading your plan, please contact our membership support team. Include your full name, registered email address, and membership tier in your message to help us resolve your request quickly.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or need clarification regarding your subscription, we recommend reaching out within 7 days of the billing date.

For support related to branding, advertising campaigns, lead funnels, PR placements, renderings, video production, or on-site collateral, please contact the Marketing Studio team directly. Include project details, deadlines, and creative requirements to ensure efficient service. Premium members may receive discounted services as outlined in their membership tier.

If you have questions regarding listing distribution, syndication upgrades, dashboard placements, or third-party advertising channels, please contact support with your listing ID and project name. Our team can assist with activation, placement upgrades, and troubleshooting syndication visibility.

If you need help registering for certification courses, accessing training sessions, joining mastermind calls, or locating event materials, please contact our training coordination team. Be sure to include the name of the course or session you are inquiring about.

For event-related questions, including EXPCON sessions or specialized training tracks, provide the event name and date in your request.
